i've trying to install meego on my sandisk mmc but until now i keep on getting the missing boot.scr and partition 3 error whenever i tried to boot into meego.

any idea why? is there any particular filesystem related issue?

What image are you trying to use?

The images in http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/ do not support the dual booting yet because http://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9723 is not accepted as a feature yet and we do not have u-boot tool in the MeeGo. When we get the u-boot to MeeGo repos we can start adding that functionality to those images as well.

Until that happens there is one image in http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/meego-codedrop.php that contains the u-boot fixes and also some guides in http://wiki.meego.com/ARM/N900/Insta...t_from_scratch how to make your own image that contains the u-boot functionality.

OMG! It would be grate if I could find that kind of image! I thought is just that simple - write image to mmc, and put it in n900, then multiboot handle the rest. But it unfortunately isnt.

Looking forward for Image with MeeGo for mmc, that will run after putting into device.
I think that most users had already PR 1.3 with u-boot. If you do that kind of Image I think that many more people will check MeeGo.

Hmm just saw that that uboot bug above has been marked as resolved doesnt this mean that the daily meego-handset images will work with uboot on N900 now ?

Yes, it is resolved, however the comments in the bug indicate it is not yet added to the builds.
