I have forwarded this thread to a colleague in the MeeGo team at Nokia that is from Philippines, even if he is based in California. I hope this helps! It would be really cool to have a Manila MeeGo Network.

Yay! Thanks! I'll contact the Forum Nokia Developer Relations Manager for APAC later, too. They held a technical workshop here in Manila a few months ago and I'll try and ask her if she can help me contact the attendees.
