The first goal is to get 5 aMeeGos in order to consider the group formally created.

I'm in Niagara, so the further west the better.

It would also be interesting to find out what other people are actually doing with MeeGo in the neighborhood. We should perhaps have a virtual meeting place.

OK Cool - we have the requisite number of people to start a meetup! What days work well for people, and what area of Toronto is likely to be convenient for all? (e.g. Downtown, 401 corridor, near subway, west-end, etc).

This is what works for me:

Yorkdale Mall area
West-GTA (e.g. Mississauga Square One area)
Can do downtown Toronto if required

Days:
Wednesday evenings work well for me atm.

Put your details in this thread, and we can arrange something that most can attend. If we have a planned meeting, we may get others interested due to the concrete existence of a meetup.

Coming from Niagara, I prefer west end close to transportation.

Actually I also prefer that we include some virtual meetings. Having some common ground on what people are working on/for/against is more interesting than what color shirt they wear this week
