OBS: virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
Alright, I got some package I want to build (namely opencv) that _nearly_ (see below) always fails building in OBS with the following error:
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
I uploaded an excerpt of the raw log containing the last 100 lines of output. If you need the full log I could also upload it somewhere.
Strange enough, this thing built successfully exactly one time. Unfortunately I got no log of that build for comparison.
I found some remarks that this is an qemu issue but I am not sure how to work around this. Do you have any hints for solving this issue or ideas on how to proceed, like a pointer to the correct bugtracker etc.?
Edit: It actually looks like it is building now again. At least it got much further than usual, when it failed. This time I will get the rawlog for reference.
Edit2: Alright, seems like that all pubworker except pubworker08 suffer this issue. I tried to build some more times and only pubworker08 seems to work properly. The current build is still going on but it just got "past the critical parts".
Does pubworker08 use a different image or toolchain?
