Hello guys

My n9 never shows me any software updates, even if i go through setting to Manage Applications and try to refresh no thing shows up, the only way for me to see the updates is by going to All Downloads through the Store.

At first i thought this is normal for any n9 user but i noticed others posting screen shots where they see all the updates through Manage Application menu ,, so can anyone help me on this one? how to fix?

i can't get the PR 1.2 as well, neither from OTA nor from the software updater, although it is supposed to be available for my country as i seen others reporting it,, any help would be much appreciated!!

No one else have this issue? any Meego expert here that can help?
i'm seriously not considering doing a fresh flash unless no other solution is available..

What you call FRESH FLASH??
I'm on the same page here - never ever been able to see OTA on my N9 but currently running PR 1.2. There is no data loss or so - after update all files in place except third party downloaded software ones - yes those gone - but you can redownload with ease, even all sms's still there - go ahead and do flash - on your own risk of course - study all first - couple times at least....

Thanks man for taking the time to look into my post, but i'm still a little confused, how did you upgrade your device to 1.2? did you use Nokia Software Updater? or flashed the image yourself? and can you see OTA updates after getting 1.2?

I was able to upgrade to 1.1 through NSU a while back, but this time it's not working.

Hurrah ! My 1.2 Harmattan update arrrived over the air today. Much quicker than the 1.1 which was almost 6 months after it first appeared.

No no - usually if OTA not working same will be with NSU. I believe it will be ok after 1.2.
To get to 1.2 you need to flash it - info is plenty.
