The problem so far - Mozilla is planning to stop developing XUL UI for mobile platforms. Luckily some community members (like Romaxa) are willing to help in supporting handset version, but I'm not sure about tablet one yet. This one you referecned seems to be XUL based yet, so it should benefit Nemo. If Tizen/Nemo will gain more hold on the market - Mozilla might reconsider.
